# Can you send us emails to let us know that accounts have been suspended/canceled? That way we can immediately call or discuss with them upon next visit. During one occasion, a month after purchase, a patient cancelled their subscription. During the next appointment, consultant had no clue (because they were not proactive on Fusebill) and did not discuss why it was cancelled.
