"Gets my tasks in order"
What do you like best about FuseBase?

I am really impressed by how far Nimbus advanced with project management features. I like the task feature that helps me to assign my team tasks, set deadlines and labels. Furthermore, I see that they also added task descriptions and task comments. That's awesome. It'll replace Jira for me and help manage my projects where I store information about it. What do you dislike about FuseBase?

Sometimes it takes time to load the page with lots of content. But I didn't notice any deal-breaking issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best tool for team organization"
What do you like best about FuseBase?

Granular permission, that's what I waited for! They are great. Now I can invite all my team to the workspaces and give them access only to the folders they need to see. It is very convenient in terms of information filtering. My team members work and discuss things in the dedicated folders. As a result, they are not overwhelmed with excessive information and can focus more on their work. Even better, there are multiple instruments for collaboration inside those folders. We can easily exchange feedback by commenting on the text, picture, or other information.

Apart from granular permissions, I'd like to highlight Nimbus's objects for more accessible page organization (toggles, collapsible headings, buttons, hints). They help me to make important information more vivid and catchy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

I am waiting for more integrations in Nimbus. They already have a lot of them, but I need to have other specific tools as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nimbus Completes Me"
What do you like best about FuseBase?

The best part of Nimbus Notes is that the platform is constantly evolving and improving. I'm pretty spread out in terms of my commitments (digital marketing 9-5 job, three side hustles & currently wrapping up my MBA) and Nimbus provides more than adequate structure/organization and helps me make sense of everything in my life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

The only downside that comes to mind really isn't a downside, but the platform has so much to offer - it's like the Salesforce of notes, such that if you can dream it you can do it with Nimbus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY, due to its lousy customer service."
What do you like best about FuseBase?

Similar to evernote. A lot of features, clean interface, and positive expectation about how to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

One day I wanted to purchase a monthly plan and when making the payment via Paypal it was changed to an annual plan and they charged me for the entire year. I immediately, I repeat, IMMEDIATELY contacted support to fix that bug. The answer was INDIFFERENCE. They didn't fix anything and they kept my money.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY, due to its lousy customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Yet Powerful"
What do you like best about FuseBase?

Flexible enough for customized organization of notes

Very large selection of formats for my notes

Easy learning curve

Integrations

Frequent updates and feature additions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

Occasionally I have trouble locating the note I am searching for. Though, to be honest, that is caused by my poor organizational skills. If they could just add an ESP module to automagically find what I'm thinking about that would help us more "mature" types that can't remember a damn thing anymore. "Getting our Small Business Organized!!"
What do you like best about FuseBase?

There are so many things I love about NimbusNote!! I love how we can easily created new Workspaces and give permissions to people internal or external to our organization for collaboration. At the same time, we each have our Personal space as well. It is quickly becoming our knowledge base and a helpful project management tool and repository. I love how quickly they are developing and adding additional features, making the tool more useful all the time. Nimbus is quickly becoming on of the most important business tools we use to be productive and stay organized!

We no longer use (and lose) Google docs as much because it is so much easier to use Nimbus Note - and it is so much easier to find what we are looking for!

Hands down Nimbus beats One Note and Evernote. I really tried to use One Note but I always found it terribly clunky and challenging. I didn't like the price of Evernote, especially to get business functionality. Nimbus exceeded my expectations! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

There are a few minor development requests I wish they'd get to quicker. Overall, though, I really love this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everyday Go To Software for Cloud Notes"
What do you like best about FuseBase?

Nimbus Note goes far beyond the name. It is a suite of products that have become a part of my daily workflow.

The " Note" part is a robust cloud document creation and storage solution that I can access from the desktop, or app on the go. I love the clean UI for creating notes and the variety of options for sharing. Nimbus Note also gives the user multiple options to protect shared files and restrict who can see them, and when.

There is a lot of organizational flexibility within the workspace filing structure. Under one account you can have both a personal workspace and business workspace(s). I really like the custom branding options for a totally professional look.

Nimbus Note provides a large assortment of very nicely designed templates for various categories. If you opt to start from scratch, the rich text editor delivers with Headings, tables, checklists, bullet lists, etc. One could easily compose blog posts within the editor. Videos can be embedded. Titles can be color coded and include emojis.

Chrome Extensions:

Nimbus Note has a corresponding Chrome Extension called Web Clipper. It rivals other well established similar products on the market. Options include full page, article, fragment, images and bookmark. The clipped docs are fully editable.

The second Chrome Extension, called Nimbus Screenshot and Screen Recorder, does what it's name says...and VERY well. This extension alone is worth the cost. I use it every day, several times a day. The screenshots can be annotated before being sent via one click to a cloud folder of choice.

The screen recorder is pure gold. Very customizable. It even features crop, trim, and saving in several file formats.

Both extensions have options to save to the cloud, download or share to social networks, email, custom link, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

When I first started using Nimbus Note, I had come from another well-known product in the same space and was used to the way that software worked. At first I thought Nimbus Note did not measure up, but now I am extremely satisfied with it. The creators seem to constantly be improving the product.

I would love to be able to select text on a web page and right click to save to Nimbus Note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Product is Designed to Trap You in without any possibility of leaving - very under handed approach"
What do you like best about FuseBase?

I switched over to Nimbus notes from Evernote about a year ago. I liked it "OK," but the search function just was not consitently finding notes. It was frustrating to look for something using a word and know the note is in there and not have it appear in my search. It also lacked a few features I wanted, and I decided to look around for another option.

My first stop was Evernote, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much the platform had been upgraded since I left. OK... let me give it a closer look.

I upgraded to the Evernote plan and went to export my notes out of Nimbus Notes.

Uh-oh. Bad news

You can export your stuff out from Evernote. You can export it to a lot of different programs, including Nimbus. Nimbus was pretty quick in building in the compatibility to bring the Evernote import in, but not in allowing you to export anything out

Your only export options are PDF and HTML. PDF is not an option. The HTML option gives you individual zip files. Unbeliveable! So I can spend days pulling this out one by one and cut and paste each item into Evernote. Or could I hire someone to do this?

Very sketchy approach here. Unethical - designed to trap you permanently. Once Nimbus traps you in, there's no need for them to keep up with their competitors. Evernote is a far superior platform now. I guess I will pay my VA to transfer the notes one by one, accept that I made a mistake by using Nimbus at all and move on. Evernote allows you to move your information in or out easily, which says a lot about the underlying platform and the people behind it. Nimbus notes traps your data, which in turn conveys a lot about them.

Hey, it's my information. It's pretty crappy that you trap it away from me.

They say it's on their "roadmap". Yeah, sure it is.

Don't do it. Nimbus Notes' business model is unethical.

I don't do many reviews, but I am making an exception here as these guys and their organizational software end up hurting me financially.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

The sea4rch function does not perform up to par, and they trap you in by not giving you a workable solution to export information out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My database for once and for all"
What do you like best about FuseBase?

Tables! They are incredible. There are different options for tracking and labelling information. I can also add dates and upload files there. It's amazing for structuring different data. I also like their power editor. No problem with highlighting text or adding links there. On top of this, Nimbus has lots of objects which you can use on your page. For example, the Toggle object hides all additional information and doesn't make my pages look like a mess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FuseBase?

In general, I'm quite satisfied. There are some bugs sometimes but the support team handles them pretty fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
