The team there is small enough so that they know you and you recognize everyone, but large enough that they can solve any issues or answer any questions you have expediently. It would be great if time off request notifications and confirmations weren't sent out one at a time, so as to reduce the number of emails that pop into your inbox. The plus side to that is that their programmers are working on solutions to adjust them. Also, the number of options in customizing the system can be a bit overwhelming, but if you get confused or need assistance, support will walk you through it or make adjustments for you. Our company needed a more efficient system that saved us time, money and headaches. ProPayroll has certainly helped with all of those things, and we were surprised at how affordable the system was for all of the features. The people...customer service is outstanding. Staff is knowledgable and responsive...no matter who you speak with. They are also very patient...I'm not what you would call a technie (ok you guys who have with me...stop laughing!), and until I have used a new software program for a while, I have lots of questions. The only issue I've encountered to date is the inability for employees to enter training time/courses, etc directly into the system. The time to review/approve timesheets and process the payroll has been cut in half. And I really like the automatic payroll reminders and notification that payroll has been processed... makes my life easier. Our company is growing...fast. We will soon start using more of the HR side of the software and I foresee that once things are in place, the interviewing/hiring process will be greatly simplified and as we reach that magic employee number of 50, a great resource for reporting and planning. It's very user friendly, and if for some reason I'm not able to find the information I'm looking for, or tweak employees profiles to show what I need; customer service is there to help. As we evaluated potential payroll systems, the ability for the ProPayroll system to be tailored to our needs and use while remaining a very robust and functional system was a huge plus for us. It has been very reliable and the staff team has done a great job in helping us set up the system, train our staff and employees, and respond to our questions and needs as they arise. The ability to access the payroll system as an administrator wherever I am using my smartphone is an added advantage as well. The staff who have to clock in and clock out have appreciated the functionality of the system and the ability to access their payroll information 24/7 is a huge advantage for them. Some of the terminology within the system and drop down choices are not always clear as to their purpose or intent. It would be helpful to have manual of terminology and some form of operations manual as a reference. While each business is unique in their situation, I know there are some best practices or lessons learned that could be shared amongst the users that would benefit each of us in how we utilize the ProPayroll system. I love that I can log in and submit payroll in less than one minute. What problems is Fuse Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you? ProPayroll has cut the time I spend processing payroll and running reports in half, or better.
