I think that the P2P could benefit from certain improvements to help individuals use it more efficiently, such as, pre-populating certain fields with boiler plate language that someone could then tweak themselves, as opposed to putting the onus on them to come up with everything. What do you like best about Funraise?

The Funraise platform allows us to collect donations in a way that smoothly integrates with both our website and our CRM (Salesforce). It also includes many other features such as event ticketing and peer to peer campaigns.

What do you like best about Funraise?

Funraise served as our primary fundraising platform for two years before we outgrew it and migrated to another product. It served our needs well while our fundraising program was less sophisticated, easy to set up and a great support team, very responsible and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funraise?

The functionality is limited, we could not accept crypto or stock donations. There was no option for a donor portal or peer 2 peer fundraising. Reporting could be improved significantly. What do you like best about Funraise?

The ability to create different giving forms tied to specific campaigns is helpful to some extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funraise?

As our campaigns become more complex and more numerous, it would be more helpful to be able to use tracking codes for gifts instead of having to create an entirely distinct campaign form every time. Also, there are no analytics on the giving forms, so I do not know where in the checkout process I'm losing people. It's very difficult to optimize the checkout experience because of this. What do you like best about Funraise?

I love that Funraise stays up to date on technology trends and constantly introduces new tools for users. Their customer service is extremely helpful and kind, especially when non-profit teams are typically smaller and people are filing many roles. Their interface and user experience is nice and easy to understand and they work in multiple countries (I work with clients around the world). Compared to other donor management systems, they check so many of the right boxes and I recommend Funraise to many people! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funraise?

Many non-profits have tight marketing budgets and I feel Funraise is unaffordable for many of my clients, especially because donor management systems are so important for growth (price from international clients). I love Funraise's UI. It makes onboarding employees so easy! Furthermore, it has an extensive range of features and is always improving. What do you like best about Funraise?

It's provided us a better CRM option for the size of our organization. It allows us to have exactly what is needed and not pay for anything we don't use. It's also very easy to use for the donors and the staff. The widget we are able to put on our website for donation has been wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Funraise?

Their customer service is lacking in communication. We had a problem earlier this year with fraudulent charges being run through our campaign page due to the lack of reCaptcha on it. It took about 2 weeks to have them add the reCaptcha feature and another 6 weeks to removed the thousands of profiles that were created by the bot testing stolen credit card numbers. Throughout that period they only let us know what was going on when I reached out to them and couldn't provide a timeline of how long it would take to get things fixed. What do you like best about Funraise?

We are a nonprofit in South Africa. We approached around 10 of the top donor management systems to see if they would work here. We don't have stripe which makes it difficult. Funraise went out of their way to find a payment gateway that would work for us. Their customer support is fantastic and they are constantly adding improvements to software.
