Funnelytics has helped me close clients by making marketing and GTM strategies easy for me to visualize and my clients to understand. The mapping tool is easy to use and looks great. They just released a forecasting tool as well, which takes mapping to the next level. Now, I can map the customer's journey and apply forecasting numbers based on my data to show what ROI might be with a certain strategy. The analytics tool makes it easy to prioritize optimization across your marketing campaign / customer journey. You can see at a glance where customers are dropping off, or slowing down. I can't say for myself, but I've heard others say they find implementing tracking hard... I think they've fixed this with a universal tracking code deployed by Google Tag Manager now... I love this funnel planning tool, which allows you to visually plan how customers move through different pages. It's great to be able to use page thumbnails, etc.... much better than drawing them by hand or with tools that aren't specifically designed for this. The most interesting part is being able to see the conversion statistics for each page of the funnel, which allows you to see where you need to improve. Definitely the ability to track and measure live funnels in real time. You can pull in multiple data sources and you can get some more granular and useful funnel analytics than you can through other tools like Google Analytics. Also pretty slick to be able to map out your funnel in advance and set up conversion and cost assumptions to understand before you build anything what is required to ultimately be successful and profitable. If I answered this a couple years ago I would have had some issues but they've done a nice job of continuing to develop and improve the product where it keeps its promise and solves the problems it holds itself out to solve.
