**What do you like best about FunnelSource?**

If you need quick and efficient way to track your teams performance without heavy tooling and integration to commission systems, then Funnelsource will get you there fast! For busy Account Managers and Executives, you get answers quickly and easily with just a few clicks. You can see what deals have closed, what's open, overdue or lagging.  You can see what your deal funnel is like and how you are performing to various targets.  The product JUST WORKS from the moment we put it in our Sandbox, within minutes we started getting answers. We use a few different tools for management but this is the one tool we deployed to all AMs and management worldwide due to it's easy interface and effectiveness in tracking performance. Their support is top notch as well. Andy Eichler is a guru...responsive, knowledgeable and customer oriented.

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

Some of the customization takes some coding from the Funnelsource team but they get it done quickly, same day and with excellent suggestions.  Other than that, nothing to dislike really.

**Recommendations to others considering FunnelSource:**

Be clear in what goals you need to measure and questions answered at the get go.  Staying focused on helping your field Sales organization know where they are and how they're doing is key.

**What problems is FunnelSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Funnelsource is an elegant easy-to-use tool that quickly gives you visibility on how you're doing, what deals make up a number and where you are in the quarter. Their expert implementation team asks the right questions, focuses on how you do business and tailors the solution quickly. We were up and running in a couple weeks and most of that time was ensuring we had the right questions, filters, know what we are measuring and checking the data looks right.  Much of the feedback we received are positive and users have come to rely on it for answers.

**What do you like best about FunnelSource?**

FunnelSource is deployed right inside Salesforce as if it were part of the native application. It allows you to slant drill and sort instantly on almost any parameter in every and any part of your pipeline. It allows managers to see and understand the dimensions of how their salespeople are doing instantly through the system without any need for sales people to do anything.

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

It's puzzling to me why solutions like Clari are gaining market share through pretty graphs and dashboards, while FunnelSource is overlooked. Nevertheless, FunnelSource offers far greater flexibility and insights to the experienced user. 

**Recommendations to others considering FunnelSource:**

Take the time to see past pretty graphs to see and understand how valuable FunnelSource can be for your business.

**What problems is FunnelSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant insights of the dimensions of your sales pipeline of opportunities being created and closed. Slant drilling at different angles to understand which lead sources are actually closing, as well as what products, term length, region, vertical, or most common competitor are just a few of the most valuable ways that FunnelSource offers value to the Sales people and their managers.

**What do you like best about FunnelSource?**

Everything--Funnelsource allows salespeople and sales management to manage and understand their pipeline from countless angles and dimensions in real time. You can rapidly identify key trends hidden in the data. Funnelsource allows you to slice and dice the data for an individual or across a large sales team. Some favorites are pipeline by: Lead Source, By Industry Vertical, By New vs. Renewal, Average transaction size. & Length of Sales cycle.

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Funnelsource. I have to write at least 4o characters here so I am.

**Recommendations to others considering FunnelSource:**

I would encourage anyone looking at Sales reporting and management tool to invest in taking the time to truly understand what Funnelsource can do for you. It does not provide shiny graphs and charts, but offers a far superior capability that sales people and their management will master and optimize what to focus on. 

**What problems is FunnelSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimize sales efficiencies by offering real-time quantitative insights into sales pipelines. It's the ultimate sales management tool offering the most effective way for sales people and sales leaders to optimize and understand the composition and progress their sales team is making.

**What do you like best about FunnelSource?**

The pipeline management is incredible! With it you can drive results and exceed targets with real-time insights into performance and pipelines. See how your pipeline is evolving in real time to identify trends and weakness so you can make adjustments now, before it’s too late. No need to have multiple dashboards and reports open. 

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

the drill down capabilities for the teams to individuals could be better. sometimes it requires a few extra steps to drill down into the individual pipeline and look at them. I also wish i had a monthly and quarterly view at the same time. 

**Recommendations to others considering FunnelSource:**

It is a great solution for small to mid size sales floors looking to improve and automate their forecasting, it allows you to identify trends with in their pipe to be able to better predict revenue and fall out,See pipeline changes over any time period. Identify trends and uncover risks so you can take action now to avoid end-of-quarter surprises. 

**What problems is FunnelSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we were suppose to be solving the problem with having to manually forecast or having to run so many different reports and then consolidate them into one file to read in meetings.

Nothing really. The customer service is great, programming is awesome, workflow is great

Being able to have a source to look and anazlize your sales funnel is a great benefit and tool.

It s difficult to dislike anything that seems so simple to use.At this time,Imdo not have anything negative to say in reference to using this

**What do you like best about FunnelSource?**

I like that there is a separate tab within my Salesforce browser window that is alongside the daily SFDC main tabs of reports. Within Funnelsource, the business Intelligence visual is very simple to explain and explain to stakeholders and company executives.

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

The very low tech, generic main dashboard panel  for WON, LOSt, etc. Very unattractive, and unsexy. Better off making 8 large buttons.

**Recommendations to others considering FunnelSource:**

Have the company VP Sales, VP Marketing, Director of Sales Operations, and President all trial it for the teams. If executive love it, it will work for the teams.

**What problems is FunnelSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency of sales team's opportunities against MRR and quarter attainment.

**What do you like best about FunnelSource?**

One place to go within salesforce for live dashboard data. Cheaper than alternatives, uses SF hierarchy permissions, links back to specific opportunities through drill down. Basic point in time trending that allows for activity monitoring as well as identifying changes to pipeline and funnel. Great for holding sales team discussions around as all levels of data can be drilled into. Is housed within SF itself which allows for ease of access for sales team as well as on the go access. Can be a much cheaper replacement before getting into analytical tools like wave or tableau.

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

Difficult to adjust for change. Requires recoding for new setup and sales structure changes. Reports are somewhat canned and does not allow for exploration. Not an BI tool but a simpler dashboard which is built around filtering down based on sales roles. Dashboard can look a little clunky and insights are not always obvious.

**Recommendations to others considering FunnelSource:**

Great canned dashboard for organizations where one source of truth is needed. Funnelsource consulting team will most likely need to build your initial setup, if organization changes or new data needs to be captured then you will likely need additional consulting.

**What problems is FunnelSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to agree on one number across all sources and have discussion where we are versus our quota. Simplifies very complex data and allows access to data through SF itself and on the go. Holding sales meetings and sales manager meetings around the dashboard and able to drill into opportunities that are in discussion.

Very visual forecasting tool to keep the entire Sales team on target to hit quota. 

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

Can sometimes be overly simplified - Always important to review details with your Sales team members.

**Recommendations to others considering FunnelSource:**

Use FunnelSource as a bird's eye view - With the many options to view the data, don't forget to still discuss deals 1:1 with teammates. It's geat insight, but don't forget to continue to manage details. 

**What problems is FunnelSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the issue ot accurate forecasting. Beneficial in that it includes multiple breakdowns to see the bigger pictures of all Sales opportunities in the pipe.

I really like managing the pipeline from one screen, and also having visibility to all the changes in an opportunity.

Pricing is a bit high, given the fact you are paying for this on top of SFDC.

Faster analysis of pipeline, better one on one meetings with sales reps, better overall internal intelligence and earlier detection of deal red flags.

**What do you like best about FunnelSource?**

FunnelSource is user friendly. We had FunnelSource and swapped to a Salesforce admin to run dashboards but we are now converting back because it will be much easier to use and read.

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

I think we decided not to use FS because it was a little expensive and we wanted to see if we could find a less pricey option.

We are able to clearly see our goals and where we are at on hitting them!

Funnel source has provided me with amazing top of the line communication.  They have provided us with custom reports as well as interactive sales reports.

I have had such an amazing experience with them that I don't have any bad feedback.

**What do you like best about FunnelSource?**

I like Funnelsource for it's ease of use, it's ease to configure, the ability to pull data directly from Salesforce, and the ability to display funnel data in an organized fashion. We are structured by region and it had the functionality to drill all the way down to individual deal level data. The other area where I have been impressed with Funnelsource is the support. Andy, our main point of contact is very, very good. He is always one phone call away for help and is always willing to hop on a screen share and fix or update anything. 

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

The interface seems to have become a bit outdated, aesthetically it is very basic. It does meet the needs for our company, at a minimal cost tot he company. There are many new competitors coming onto the scene, so I do believe Funnelsource needs to continue to innovate to keep up with the competition .

Funnelsource is a solid, low cost option. 

**What problems is FunnelSource solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Funnelsource gives our sales organization, customs views, from the top all the way down, into our sales funnel, won deals, forecasts, and deal level data, all in one convenient format. We can see roll ups, all the way down to individual data, for multiple teams, and multiple types of funnels (New, Renewal, Agent, etc). Funnelsource also tracks quotas and attainment against those quotas, which gives employees a quick and easy way to reference their progress.

The reports are easy to configure despite our complex sales model.

**What do you dislike about FunnelSource?**

Sometimes the reports load slowly. Usually refreshing the page fixes that problem.

We're trying to provide clear insight both at the CEO level and drilled down for each sales rep regarding their progress towards goals based on their funnel.

Sometimes i cannot look out into the future for future quarters, and sometimes the quota is not aligned correctly.

I recommend this solution, its pretty easy to use and easy to access. I don't know about the mobile app though.

We are able to solve the issue of visibility into pipeline. Realized benefits from being on top of our deals.
