My IT stated that it was extremely easy to integrate and the implementation was an easy process as well. I have worked with customer service when initially setting it up and they were respectful and very effecient and helpful. I use it everyday to help maximize our user experience and sales. **What do you dislike about funnelKit?** I dont have a whole lot of negative to be honest, when it first was setup I know they had some probelsm with pay implementation but customer service helped with that pretty quickly. **What problems is funnelKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives the guests that come to our page a better experience by shoeing them a better sales funnel from the time they land to the time they purchase. It is benefitting us by making our expericne more proactive to sales. ### 2. Their customer support were great to work with and helped anytime I have had issues. We use it everyday on the website. Between how easy it was to integrate and how many easy to use features it has, it has been a great improvement to our site. **What do you dislike about funnelKit?** Sometimes will log me out in the middle of sessions but a quick login and I'm back in it. Might be a timeout setting I haven't found. **What problems is funnelKit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helped create sales funnels for us to properly and easily guide people to the correct page and give them a good landing page to be on for their needs. ### 3.
