What do you like best about FunkFlow?

I hyped on the fact that it was easy to set up and having a platform to oversee sourcing, shipment, and customer service made my early stages easier. No more a multitasking where it seemed to be a one center for quick commerce success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FunkFlow?

I was having more stock loss issues and my communication improved. Books marked out as shipped when in fact they were not available in the store. This not only angered customers but also caused me a lot of headache due to repeated cancellation of orders and issuing of refunds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FunkFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed in a social selling app to solve my quick commerce needs at first. Outsourcing of basic activities such as purchase and customer relation enabled me to concentrate on market and sales factors.
