Competitive, great packages, responsive but technical support is lacking. **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Nic F. | IT Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2021 **What do you like best about Funio?** -Exceptional server speed (TTI/FCP) -All-inclusive and very competitive pricing -cPanel and WHM with extensive content -Canadian data center They also have soft limits and will offer upgrade options that will be more appropriate for usage. **What do you dislike about Funio?** -Poor technical support (which used to be exceptional) -Knowledge base is often outdated or its content is too limited. -Website and client area are painful to navigate Their staff must learn to go through customer issues and not over-promise-under-deliver, taking the time to read/listen and understand the issue at hand is also something their agent would benefit from. When a different person is taking over, I need to explain everything again, and again, and again. I had to move part of my buisiness to different provider because of their unability to solve issues, which took so much of time **What problems is Funio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used Funio for more than ten years for website and mail hosting. I both resell and offer fully managed hosting solutions as a side business.
