Do the trial first before you commit to it. It's easy to use, but there are other programs out there that i know come peers liked better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fundraising Report Card?

creating report cards is extremely easy with its 2 steps process. The product forces the entire staff to create donor ids and provides a structure on how to associate each donation. The easy flow and the fast process is extremely effective in providing reporting to board of directors. The product also enhances the strengths and weaknesses of the organizations fundraising ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fundraising Report Card?

You need to have excel abilities that are above average. If you lack excel abilities the product will not work for you. hence I believe more training should be given to customers who use this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fundraising Report Card:

Our company began using them when we began to explore new ways in increasing our donor base. We wanted to increase individual donors and remain connected with them. The product works however you must be consistently entering the data into the system, hence my recommendation is that the entire staff is trained on the product. What problems is Fundraising Report Card solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fundraising and analyzing how we can improve. As a non-profit we are always trying to keep the best information possible for our donors. The benefits is that now I can track who are my most consistent donors so I can build on those relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You hit the nail on the head about having to have some Excel skills to get started. We're partnering with different donor CRM firms to automatically pull data into the Fundraising Report Card so that you don't even have to think about using Excel.

In the meantime though, you're right -- we need to provide more training.
