Fundraise Up is incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs as nonprofit. They are constantly innovating, whether in donation flow improvments, or providing entirely new functionalities. They are also so responsive, not only provide immediate support but also suggest new ideas based on the specific query. We have grown about 400% in the 3 years since we installed Fundraise Up donationl portals. Every few months the platform has really exciting changes and improvements, that help us expand our fundraising in new ways. For my use of FRU in general, it has been fairly easy to use and quick to understand if you're new. The integration with RE NXT leaves a lot to be desired but that's because Blackbaud doesn't have the same fields available in web view as are available in database view. We migrated from Luminate Online because we needed a modern fundraising platform and we liked the suggested donation amounts FundraiseUp's AI generated. We also liked the ability to ask donor to become sustainers and to allow them to cover the costs.
