They're always testing to optimize donation flows. Their look and feel is so good that most other platforms' changes in recent years seem to be trying to duplicate what Fundraise Up has done. Maybe there is such a thing as too much testing. Once, I had an issue where a donation form was defaulting to monthly instead of one-time, and that did not make sense for the context of my link. Support said they were testing a feature, but there was no way to opt out of this test for this particular campaign. (Other AI/machine learning optimizations can be disabled if needed, but not this one yet. Initially I was looking for a product to support our regular giving programme, I wanted something that offered flexibilty for our supporters. In short terms, I was absolutely blown away by what Fundraise Up was able to offer us. It (unintentionally) solved some other pretty major internal problems that I was also trying to fix, so its hard to describe just how life changing Fundraise Up has been for us, both internally, but our data speaks for itself. The diversification of payment types and the use of AI have been utterly exemplary areas of the platform. We're due to do our two year review to staff internally and it's weird to say that we're excited to do this, and we're proud. I haven't even started raving about the amount of support we recieved, and continued to recieve, to make this continue to become a huge success story for us. Thank you. There are so many great things to say about Fundraise Up. First, let's talk money. Our conversion rates and average gifts were higher during our extensive pilot and have continued to improve over time. Second, the product itself took minutes to set up. Seriously. Minutes. Third, the platform is the most intuitive and easy to use of any platform we use or I have ever used. It's just simple and clear. With the elements (widgets) you can do so many things like pop-ups, embedded forms, buttons, links, donor rolls, and so on. And to place that on your website, it's one tiny snippet of code that again, just works. It's dead simple to use. I also love that FRU keeps rolling out new features and functionality. We get great customer service and only pay a per transaction fee which 80% of our donors cover. Bluntly, the competition contacts me regularly to consider using them instead of FRU, but I can't even imagine changing solutions anytime soon. There so much to love and I highly recommend you at least check them out. They won't waste your time and you'll likely love what you see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The only downside I can think of is that in order to make FRU so usable and converting donations at the highest rates, there isn't a lot of flexibility in terms of the order of your fields or showing all the fields in a single column versus a multi-step form. So parts of the experience are locked down and there isn't as good of visibility into where the donors are abandoning within the checkout experience as I would like to see. We needed a way to quickly and easily set up donation forms that convert at the highest levels, maximizing revenue for our organization. And our website page owners love the pop-up experience since the user never leaves their page to donate. While we've found a lot to appreciate about Fundraise Up, particularly its user-friendly design and proactive support team, there are a few areas where the platform could be improved.
