Their support team is fantastic as well. They are also free to use with no contract binding their services to your organization if you do ever choose to leave. The amount of actionable data on the dashboard that Fundraise Up offers shows us where our donation platforms are performing and where we can make improvements. It's a reliable tool all the way through. **What do you dislike about Fundraise Up?** Its actually difficult to find anything I would say I dislike about Fundraise Up. **What problems is Fundraise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fundraise Up solved and continues to solve our everyday issue of having a robust online fundraising solution. Their various elements that are easy to place on any facet of your website means donors are likely to engage across your webpages. Their intelligent AI helps suggest donation amounts to donors and will show the cover option if they think someone is likely to cover it. Everything from taking the donation to receipting is included in the platform. There are a variety of methods available in the platform for taking payments (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, etc), which makes life easier for our donors. I had some issues when setting up our sub-accounts for multiple entities (they had prioritized the wrong org as our primary account, which messed things up), but the support team was quick to take care of things and help us get it all squared away before going live. Getting connected to payment platforms and our CRM was straightforward and seamless. **What do you dislike about Fundraise Up?** The element options for adding to your website have limited customization. I would love a donate button that didn't have the little heart emoji and flashing background, but that option simply isn't available. We've found that in certain countries where the value of the local currency is extremely low vs. USD the maximum you can donate in the local currency equates to under $20 USD - we understand this is due to character limits in the payment processing, but it would be nice if there was a way to have those countries default to USD instead (without making ALL countries default to USD). **What problems is Fundraise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being an international non-profit, finding a platform that provided many options for currency and language was extremely challenging. Fundraise Up was one of the only options we found that allowed us to handle all the currencies and languages we needed to. Having it handle all of our donations and receipting globally for online payments will make life a lot easier moving forward. ### 3. It also provides solutions to all of our questions, which is especially helpful for an organization like ours that needs to comply with laws in multiple countries while accepting donations globally. I think the integrations are easy to set up on our website and it performs really well. **What do you dislike about Fundraise Up?** Our only current issue with FRU is that there isn’t an easy way to handle Gift Aid declarations when taking certain donations from the UK. Our customer success manager has helped us come up with a workaround, but I still wish they would integrate the necessary compliance mechanisms directly into their donation process. **What problems is Fundraise Up solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think FRU is great for setting up an easy way to manage multiple income streams from different locations, while also ensuring all our donors receive proper acknowledgements. The initial setup was very easy and quick, and it was easy for others to learn how to use it. We're glad that donors have the option to cover fees (it's a blessing to us).
