Terrible platform **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2022 **What do you like best about Fundly?** There is not much to like about the serice except maybe that it's easy to set up **What do you dislike about Fundly?** 1) Fundly suspended my campaign after donations were made without an explanation. 2) There is no customer support. Emails went unanswered 3) The Stripe checkout was not easy to set up and it's unclear whether Stripe allows for personal payouts which aren't a business **What problems is Fundly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to set up a fundraiser ### 2. A one-time donation typically works fine. **What do you dislike about Fundly?** It only allows the donor to set up their donation on the exact day that they're doing it. They are not able to forward date a monthly donation. Therefore if you want a monthly donation to come out on the 5th of every month you HAVE to donate on the 5th and then set it up as monthly. It also continually glitches and does not set up "monthly" as monthly. It continually only goes through as a "one time gift" when the donors click monthly. This has caused quite a bit of frustration with donors and the loss of some support, understandably. The fundly staff don't seem to be able to remedy these problems as they are continuing month after month to no avail. **What problems is Fundly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It should help us allow our staff to receive donations easily online instead of the donors sending in a physical paper or check. If it worked well without the glitches it would be nice. The inconveniences of using this far outweigh any benefits. ### 3.
