What do you like best about Function Point?

I keep FunctionPoint open all day, so I can track my hours without needing to look back at the past month and compare emails and calendars to try and account for my billable hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Function Point?

The interface is a little clunky -- and I only use the weekly view to enter my time, which you have to click on a couple places to get to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Function Point solving and how is that benefiting you?

FunctionPoint has helped with time tracking and billing for our communications agency. Plus it lets us drill down specifically as to how we are spending time on accounts. Social media vs Media relations Vs Account management, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
