Function Desk is the sales CRM for functions and event venues: the enquiry, the tour, the proposal, the deposit, booked. It treats event dates, guest numbers, spaces and packages as real things rather than fields bolted onto a generic CRM, so every enquiry arrives already scored and ranked. Inside it is an AI agent that answers enquiries from your venue's own knowledge base, checks the live calendar, and follows up with leads who go quiet. Everything is sent from your connected Gmail or Outlook, so replies reach the inbox and sit in your Sent items. It auto-sends low-risk replies and escalates anything else. When a lead signals they are ready to book, it hands them to you. It never picks or holds a date. Its Insights page reads across your leads to show who is warming or going quiet, why leads are being lost, and the questions leads ask most. Proposals are live branded links that clients read, accept and pay a deposit on without creating an account.
