What do you like best about Fullcast?

Fullcast is an incredibly detailed and nuanced application. I have seen many complicated and frequently changing territory plans and it makes short work of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullcast?

I thought the UI needed a facelift - and it seems the new leadership team there agreed and made it a top priority!

What do you like best about Fullcast?

Creating an org chart is best feature i find, It is very helpful. Just move individuals in nodes and Org chart creates itself. Fullcast team is always helpful. Creating nodes and hierarchies are easy to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can easily see how teams are tracking overall with both leading and lagging indicators. It allows me to see individual performance as well, allow for early intervention and support to get peak performance out of everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's probably too many options and ways to slice the data! Not sure if it's bad since you can see pretty much everything. Anyone using it needs to be very clear on what exactly their goals are in order to get the most value out of atrium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blog post generation is of very good quality. Best full generation service that I've seen so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fullcast?

Customer Support is Nonexistent. There is a chat, but no one replies to that - I have messages that are as "read" and unansweared. I've sent also few e-mails that were without answear too.

I've tried joining their official group on facebook, but it seems no one manages that either and my invite is still pending.

There is very large gap between the pro plan and the higher plan than that and that is a very big issue, as you can't buy credits without upgrading your plan.

There are features that are written on the website that are not in the product.

Good product, but it seems that it was abandonned, not sure why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Atrium. It has made managing my team so much easier. The ease of us and AI insights to Sales Management has increased the effieceny of my ability to work and coach my team. It's really easy to build reports and get meaningful insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
