FullBoat is contract tracking software for businesses that run on contracts. It connects your contracts to the books you already keep, read only, and shows where every dollar stands. Cash in, the money you are owed. FullBoat reads each contract or statement of work into line items, which you review. Every invoice and change order then counts against the line it bills. Before you sign, it checks the stated total against the lines. While you deliver, it warns the people you choose when a line reaches the percentage you set, while there is still time to raise the change order. Retriever, an add on, follows up on overdue invoices in your rep's name, reads every reply, pauses on a promise, stops on a dispute, and waits for a person before any final notice. Cash out, the money you pay. Set a budget for each project and track every PO and vendor invoice against it, with the month each budget runs out at your real pace. Invoices above an amount you choose wait for the person you name, who can approve, hold or dispute with a note. See each vendor across all your projects, and work out month end accruals line by line. FullBoat never writes to your books and never pays a bill. Every workspace is isolated, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every change is on a tamper evident audit log. Most teams are live in an afternoon.
