"Perfect for Business Schools: Smooth Implementation and Continuous Development"
5/5
What do you like best about Full Fabric?

The solution is precisely tailored to the business school context, and the team therefore knows very well what solutions we need. The implementation went smoothly, and the platform is continuously being developed based on customer feedback. Overall, we feel very well taken care of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Fabric?

A few features are not always 100% customizable. However, the Full Fabric team always helps to look for workarounds and provides feedback to the development team so that some functions can be adjusted in the short, medium, or long term as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Student Journey Platform with Excellent Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Full Fabric?

We have been using this software in education for many years and are very satisfied with it. It supports our entire student journey—from application and admission through enrolment and programme management, all the way to graduation and alumni relations.

The platform offers all the functionality we need in one integrated system, making our processes more efficient and easier to manage. We are also very happy with the excellent support: the team is responsive, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Fabric?

Because the software covers so many processes and offers extensive functionality, it can initially feel complex for new users. Some training and time are needed to become familiar with all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic, Responsive Team That Grows With Your Organization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Full Fabric?

The Full Fabric team is fantastic: responsive, helpful, flexible. They've grown with our organization over the last 4 years and as they've supported our growth, they've responded to our feedback and requests. I think the best part of Full Fabric as a technology partner is the team and the organization itself. Excellent partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Fabric?

We adopted the platform early in our growth trajectory, when we had a much smaller audience. The platform isn't perfectly suited to our current model, with an audience of hundreds of thousands of applicants and alumni. Large imports, exports, and campaigns (in the scale of 10s of thousands to 100s of thousands of records) run into delays and errors. However, we seem to be unique in our needs and use case compared to other FF customers.

Additionally a few modules are limited in their features, like custom reporting and B2B partnership management. These again seem to be edge cases for most FF customers but have been friction points for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Responsive Expert Support, Powerful API, and a Student-Friendly UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Full Fabric?

What I like most about Full Fabric is how incredibly responsive the support team is, along with their clear expertise. Beyond that, Full Fabric simply gets the job done and delivers what I need. Full Fabric has an extensive API that allows to integrate basically every other tool that you require. The UI for the students is easy to use. The backend side requires a bit of training for the team as it is really powerful. With power comes complexity. But there's a good AI help available, and whenever your stuck, the support team is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Fabric?

The backend's UI could be more intuitive, but they're currently working on a new approach to streamline the whole thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Admissions Platform with Responsive Support Team"
4/5
What do you like best about Full Fabric?

What I like most about Full Fabric is that it brings the entire student recruitment and admissions journey into a single platform. It helps manage enquiries, applications, offers, and communications efficiently, while providing clear visibility across the entire admissions funnel. The platform is flexible, easy to customise, and continues to evolve with features that support the needs of higher education institutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Fabric?

While Full Fabric covers most admissions and CRM requirements very well, there is still room for improvement in integrations with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and other communication channels. Additional native integrations and automation options would help institutions create even more connected and efficient applicant communication workflows. That said, the team is highly receptive to feedback and continuously works to enhance the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Independence and Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Full Fabric?

FullFabric has significantly streamlined our processes. Tracking each student's status and collaborating with colleagues is straightforward, as everyone can access the same information. This shared access helps minimize misunderstandings and speeds up our response times. One of the biggest advantages is the autonomy it offers, allowing us to implement new features or components independently, without having to rely on others. What do you dislike about Full Fabric?

Sometimes it can take a while to locate certain settings or information, but after you become accustomed to it, the experience improves considerably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No software is perfect, but FullFabric does a very good job and keeps evolving. The team is dedicated and quick to help, and they work with you to find solutions to any challenges that come up. It was always a pleasure to work with FullFabric! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some settings and features are a bit scattered in the backend. But they are aware of this and I'm sure this will evolve in a more consolidated solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only challenge I’ve encountered is that it requires a bit of technical skill to set up and customize certain features. Once you get familiar with it, though, it becomes much easier to manage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Positive review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Full Fabric?

Being autonomous with the tool, being able to easily create new products, documents, and the entire automated part of sending document emails has also saved us a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Full Fabric?

It should be possible to archive or eliminate unnecessary documents in a profile, for example... A complex dashboard that would provide real-time but detailed visibility with, for example, the number of registrants by program/nationality and origin would be ideal!
