The platform is flexible, easy to customise, and continues to evolve with features that support the needs of higher education institutions. **What do you dislike about Full Fabric?** While Full Fabric covers most admissions and CRM requirements very well, there is still room for improvement in integrations with messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and other communication channels. Additional native integrations and automation options would help institutions create even more connected and efficient applicant communication workflows.
