What used to be a huge hassle works now like a charm. In addition, we are now able to sell in Italy and France within two days as well, which helps us grow. Our customers LOVE next day delivery, resulting in many customers ordering now directly on our website, instead of at Amazon, allowing us to have the full Amazon margin, but also the customer data for marketing nurturing **What do you dislike about Zenfulfillment?** I wish they would be able to also ship on Sunday, perhaps they can add a night shift at some point, which would speed up weekend sales. **What problems is Zenfulfillment solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our products get delivered directly to their fulfilment center, where they get stored and shipped once an order from a customer is being received. The installed real-time synchronization of data and management works without problems and helped us to prepare for an increased sales via the online channel.
