After months of research, we chose the Fulfil.IO system because it is everything we want for our long-term goal of having an ERP system while being flexible enough for us to ramp up the process at our own pace. I have a small team with little experience with ERP integration. Engaging with a system as flexible as FF is very challenging. The accounting functionality tends to chase the operational one. While they usually catch up, a full organization can only move as fast as that.

Fulfil can take complicated manufacturing processes that impact inventory and find excellent solutions. We migrated from an inventory system that couldn't fully respect our manufacturing processes. Custom fulfillment options to also respect the manufacturing process and optimize customer experience. Onboarding was stellar. And on another note our company had to shut down for a couple months and their CEO reached out and was incredibly supportive during the difficult time. No dynamic inventory reviewing. Viewing inventory is primarily down from a report. Fulfil is a very powerful full service ERP that you can run your entire company out of. There is so much to understand and learn. Many questions along the way. The old school process of submitting tickets and waiting is a bit frustrating. Live chat is a must.
