Their strong integrations with top 3PL partners further enhance fulfillment efficiency and reliability. It’s also easy to implement with the support of their experienced onboarding team, and once live, the system is intuitive and straightforward for business users to operate. Fulfil is tailored to ecommerce/omnichannel companies which makes it a smarter choice for scaling brands. Compared to NetSuite, Fulfil has a better UI, better customer support, and lower overall cost. Fulfil's reporting is utilizing an AI feature that lets your internal users better build custom reports, rather than relying on their support team. Also, its 'landed costs' functionality works quite well. Finally, its smooth connections to your 3PLs and third party distribution platforms allow quick updates/transitions if need be. Often times and out of the box solution is not the best and Fulfil has always come through with ways to help us optimize things. This is a tough one as there is not a lot that we dislike. At times there can be some difficulties getting a specific feature to work or there may be an odd error that takes some troubleshooting but their tech support is responsive and able to get solutions fast. We sell across multiple e-commerce platforms and marketplaces as well as do internal productions of product. Fulfil is the record of truth for all of our inventory across several warehouses and publishes up to date inventory to all channels. It also imports & aggregates orders from each channel and optimizes the pick pack process for each with it's integrated WMS system. Their ERP platform has truly transformed our operations, especially in managing direct-to-consumer, retail, and wholesale orders. The system’s excellent lot control features and robust WMS have made a significant difference in our workflow. A key highlight is their support team – they’re always available and quick to assist with any questions or issues we encounter, which is incredibly reassuring. What do you dislike about Fulfil? Implementation is tough - as it is with most ERP's. Fufil did a great job at mitigating implementation pain points, yet still has room to continue improving. There is a somewhat steep learning curve when migrating from simpler ERP's, especially if transitioning accounting/financials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Fulfil solving and how is that benefiting you? Fulfil.io is solving several critical challenges for our business. It has streamlined our operations in managing direct-to-consumer, retail, and wholesale orders, which used to be complex and time-consuming. The platform’s robust warehouse management system (WMS) and lot control capabilities have simplified inventory management, improving accuracy and efficiency in our workflow. Additionally, Fulfil’s responsive support team is a huge benefit. They’re always available to assist with any questions or issues, which means we can resolve challenges quickly and keep our operations running smoothly. Fulfil.io has a very comprehensive suite of native features that to implement in other larger ERP's would cost thousands of dollars in customizations and ongoing maintenance. Our small team has been able to adopt many features on our own due to the system's overall ease of use and thorough documentation. If we happen to get stuck or have issues, the support that Fulfil.io provides is best-in-class. Their support team is extremely responsive and listens to our feedback. I have been thoroughly impressed with Fulfil.io having come from companies using the bigger names in the ERP space and they have shown commitment to our success. While they do provide access to their data warehouse to build custom reports, I would like to see more flexibility for our business users to create their own reports within Fulfil or to customize their out of box canned reports. Fulfil has been our one-stop shop for Supply Chain Operations, Inventory and Warehouse Management. The number of out of box features allows us to deploy functionality more quickly to our user base and decreases our dependency on developers or System Integrators.
