It's extremely quick and very user friendly as a no-code solution to get basic checklists setup into mobile apps as field tools. Even smart workflows on the checklists for visibility and requirements for particular questions is very easy to implement. There are some further advanced features and field types that can be leveraged with a little bit of additional work and understanding of the program, but all-in-all our team has successfully utilized Fulcrum for standardized data collection with geo-referencing. Customer Support is very responsive in a timely fashion for any bugs or issues or even collaborating on ideas to integrate Fulcrum with various inspection teams. My only negative really is their report writer tool, which requires knowledge of HTML Code to customize the auto-generated PDF reports. It seems that so much about Fulcrum is the ease of use and no-code solution, but the exported reports are very difficult to get right and customize without a more advanced software code background. Overall, I don’t dislike much about Fulcrum. The only issue I’ve experienced is that once I synchronize my data, I can’t edit it. If there’s a mistake or something I need to review and fix, it would be great if Fulcrum allowed at least one chance to make edits after syncing. I find the "Perennial Vegetative Cover Reports" entry, specifically the "Location description of assessment area" field tricky as it frequently won't let me save due to needing a valid location.
