I like Fulcrum because it allows me to capture, review, edit, and transfer data seamlessly during asset inspections. The ease of use and overall functionality of the application stand out to me. I also enjoy being able to export the data and overlap it with an existing map, and the ability to import set points and have them pre-populate is really helpful. The system itself is very easy to use and to navigate from one section to another. It was very user friendly and was made in a way that you could very easily figure out what needed to be done even if you had not done that step before. As long as you understood the basics of the system it all comes together very nicely. Prior to this system we did not have one that could tell me when and how much material to purchase so I was managing all material buys in excel spreadsheets. Fulcrum handled our multi-leveled bills of materials with no issues and gave me exactly what was needed for purchasing. Customer support was top notch and was always there to help. Jack went above and beyond to help get us through implementation and around all our hiccups. There wasn’t much I didn’t like in Fulcrum. Possibly not having the ability to add new raw materials myself. If it could be a raw material rather than an item it would make it more seamless in the process however this wasn’t a huge issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Training was easy. The apps are limitless that you can build. You can customize to whatever your business needs. The apps are easily designed and used in the field. We have started using for multiple items at our site. The employees at our site love using the fulcrum apps to make their jobs much easier.
