If you need to find a specific location that you have previously inserted in the software, you can easily do it in the location button that, not only brings the info you need, but also alows you to connect with Google Maps to get you to the specific location you are looking for. App functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Fulcrum? The fact that it is assumed everyone who uses Fulcrum is from the USA. No where does it specify the currency of the cost before subscription. Cost ended up being $68 Australian dollars. Again, they just assume America is at the centre of their universe. The customer service only operates during USA work hours and is unsuitable for Australians because of time differences. There are plenty of cheaper options with the same level of customer service and easy to use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Fulcrum: I personally would find another service if you have a small company. Fulcrum is suited to big companies that offer training for staff. It is possible to configure several functionalities, workflows and for the end user the application is always very easy to use (anyone can use it!) and stable. It's easy to track my work. I always have a backup of my data available. I can import and export data into different formats. It's easy to use. It used to be straightforward, but now they added extra steps, that make naming photos a major pain. They have not introduced a photo naming convention/ the ability to have Fulcrum automatically label any pictures in a manner of your choosing.
