What do you like best about Fuel50?

I love the easy to navigate user interface and the general gamified approach to talent management and career pathing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuel50?

Not much to dislike rather a missing link for me is a direct connection (or even embedded LMS) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fuel50:

I guess make sure what you want/ don't want and what you need/ don't need. Start small and launch only a few features or functionalities and go large when everybody is ready for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuel50 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main driver was delivering a talent management platform which is engaging, fun but also empowering staff to reflect on their personal values and career drivers, while still having a tool to run generalised performance review far more engaging than in the past, all of these aspect have been covered with Fuel50 and we are very happy with the feedback and outcome so far.
