I really don't have anything I dislike about Sharetru. The company, the solution, and the customer service all surpassed our expectations. In my experience with other companies, an upvoting system is an excellent way to get feedback on features users would like to see next. This would also improve the service to allow for more streamlined requests for new features and to vote on these, and not only for Sharetru customers, but their customers, too. The service is a very reliable and easy to use, Support is super prompt and very helpful. As a company they were super responsive to my many questons and involved the correct individuals in answer those questions. Our initial implimentation was extremely easy, with white glove support for a couple of our more advanced use cases. Sharetru is used extensivey by many of our staff members, many of our customers and I am even in there several times a day. Sharetru is feature rich, when we have had to integrate with other platforms and services the process is very straitforward. We love Sharetru, it is an awesome product! SSO with Entra ID Guest Accounts is a little kluncky, otherwise conventional SSO works very well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sharetru is simple to use and configure and is exactly what we needed to securely transfer files with clients. We love the flexibility of automating several file transfers as well as the simplicity of manual upload and download when needed. We have rarely needed support but when I have had questions they have always been very helpful and responsive. I appreciate this level of customer service. Wow, where to start, we've been with them for almost a decade. Their support is excellent and prompt, any billing questions (or even questions to the owner) are professional and so far, always correct. The service is quick, compliant for our needs and there are many options depending on what services you require. I would like the ability to create groups. Then the ability to assign access to the group instead of individual accounts.
