The most impressive feature is the outstanding value proposition when it comes to plug and play ITAR compliance for file transfers. Unlimited user ITAR compliance at an affordable price made it an easy and obvious selection for our company. At Keysight, we’ve incorporated Sharetru’s ITAR compliance solution into our daily work processes and workflows. The solution has proven indispensable given our heavy reliance on it. Our employees and external customers leverage it so extensively that we cannot imagine conducting ITAR business without it. By making sure we meet all regulatory demands effortlessly, Sharetru frees us to focus on core organizational objectives and conducting daily business. In short, not only is Sharetru’s ITAR compliance solution cost-effective, but its frequent utilization in our daily operations has made it essential to conducting ITAR business. The company, the solution, and the customer service all surpassed our expectations. In my experience with other companies, an upvoting system is an excellent way to get feedback on features users would like to see next. This would also improve the service to allow for more streamlined requests for new features and to vote on these, and not only for Sharetru customers, but their customers, too. **What problems is Sharetru solving and how is that benefiting you?** Up until the middle of last year, Sharetru basically solved one of the key pain points in our company through a plug-and-play, ITAR compliant solution for file transfers. ITAR compliance for secure file transfers has always been a huge challenge for Keysight because of the limited ways we use to transfer files to clients, which was not efficient in any way. ShareTRU's platform streamlines it because now the same solutions, plug-and-play, embed with our stack without significant configuration for us or ongoing maintenance. The benefits have been huge. Besides saving lots of effort in configuring and maintaining an on-prem solution, we also had considerable cost savings and efficiency. Our team no longer has to be concerned with compliance or configuration. We can focus on worry-free and compliant daily operations. All in all, Sharetru's ITAR-compliant file transfer solution has transformed our approach toward ITAR compliance; it's quick, easy, more affordable, and less resource-intensive on the backend to maintain. ### 2. As a company they were super responsive to my many questons and involved the correct individuals in answer those questions. Our initial implimentation was extremely easy, with white glove support for a couple of our more advanced use cases. Sharetru is used extensivey by many of our staff members, many of our customers and I am even in there several times a day. Sharetru is feature rich, when we have had to integrate with other platforms and services the process is very straitforward. We love Sharetru, it is an awesome product! **What do you dislike about Sharetru?** SSO with Entra ID Guest Accounts is a little kluncky, otherwise conventional SSO works very well **What problems is Sharetru solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us a place to securely transfer files while allowing us to manage access in a very granular manner. ### 3. We love the flexibility of automating several file transfers as well as the simplicity of manual upload and download when needed. We have rarely needed support but when I have had questions they have always been very helpful and responsive. I appreciate this level of customer service. Especially in a time when it seems helpful customer service has left many companies. **What do you dislike about Sharetru?** Havent really found anything to dislike so far. **What problems is Sharetru solving and how is that benefiting you?** We transfer hundreds of files per day with clients and needed a way to do this securely to remain HIPAA compliant. ### 5. Their support is excellent and prompt, any billing questions (or even questions to the owner) are professional and so far, always correct. The service is quick, compliant for our needs and there are many options depending on what services you require. Documentation is good, reporting is good, I really have only had good experiences with ShareTru and that's pretty rare in this field. **What do you dislike about Sharetru?** This isn't even an issue anymore, but the UI was a bit clunky for a while, they fixed it though a couple years ago. **What problems is Sharetru solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a compliant, reliable and easy to use sFTP for use with restricted documents between suppliers and customers. ### 6.
