FTN24-Plan is scheduling and dispatch software for construction, landscaping, agricultural contractors, field service and equipment rental companies in Germany. A planning board replaces whiteboards, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups: staff, vehicles and machines in one place, by day, week or month. Jobs are created with a click and moved by drag and drop. The board warns about double bookings, vacations, working and rest time limits, missing licence classes and expired inspections. Plans stay drafts until released; then every employee sees their jobs in "Mein Plan" on their phone and gets notified by push, Telegram or e-mail. Works offline in dead spots. Optional modules: time tracking, leave planning, signed proof of work, fleet inspections and damage reports, contractor jobs with areas and quantities, rental handover protocols.
