What do you like best about FTAPI?

FTAPI allows us to kill multiple birds with one stone. You can securely send files, even with an Outlook add-in, you can easily receive data through a mailbox, collaborate with third parties in data rooms, and create online forms with ease. Particularly promising in the long term are the automations, which can implement workflow logics in form management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FTAPI?

While the onboarding and support are excellently handled, you currently need to plan for a bit of waiting time for the integrations ("SecuFlow"). The FTAPI developers are apparently very busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
