Frontroom is a restaurant till (point of sale) and accounting system, with AI that does the busywork. It is built for independent restaurants and cafes anywhere. Most independent restaurants run on three disconnected things: a till that knows what sold today, spreadsheets for stock, rotas and costs, and an accountant who sees the numbers weeks after the month has ended. Owners have no live view of profit. Frontroom replaces all three with one system. The till handles tables, orders, split bills and payments, and keeps selling when the internet drops. Orders flow to a kitchen screen by station. Every sale uses up its recipe, so stock and food cost stay current. Supplier bills, wages, VAT or sales tax, and bank payments land in the books as they happen, with profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow always up to date. Posted entries are never edited or deleted, data is backed up every night, and owners can export everything at any time. AI takes the busywork. AI cameras use the restaurant's own cameras to show how busy the floor is, when staff check in and out, and how active the kitchen is. Ask answers typed questions about the numbers, with the figures behind each answer. Photo reading turns pictures of supplier invoices and receipts into draft bills. Voice notes turn short recordings into expenses, order notes and questions. Nothing the AI drafts reaches the books until a person approves it. The product is built and already runs in restaurants every day.
