It makes my work much easier and faster.

Some issues like filtering, I cant claim my created ticket, no back short cut, mobile apps not complete details.

The look and feel of the app is good and user friendly.

Any new enhancement takes a long time, a lesser tat for generic queries/changes as well as any enhancement would be very helpful.

Frontlyne is helping the organization streamline our training requirements hence bringing it all on a single platform

Simple yet complete tool, lots of options like SOPs, Geo tagging and so more

Best thing is their backend support

Nothing much I believe, I guess they are doing great!

Training solutions, Store SOP solutions, Reward and Recognition, Training roadmap to name a few

**What do you like best about Frontlyne?**

It is very effective tool in enhancing you Training exeprience in you organisation. Its seamless dashboards will help you deep dive and plan your organisation training accordingly for outstanding output.

None to my knowledge. Moreover overall experience is great.

Frontlyne has many good things to offer; Performance Evaluation and Career Progression are the best.
The team is Pro-Active for all the queries and Suggestions.

There has never been anything.
Any issues or suggestions have been taken up with immediate effect.

With Frontlyne we were able to Solve the Following.
Digitized Learning & Training.
Attendance and Allocation
Assessment Certification & Reports.
Trainng Calender.

**What do you like best about Frontlyne?**

It bridges the last mile of learning at the store/branch employee level by giving a tool in the hands of the employee and the store manager to cascade the skills, knowledge and attitude and assess and track at the same time.

**What do you dislike about Frontlyne?**

Have not found any downside of using Frontlyne as such.

**What problems is Frontlyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frontlyne put the power of learning at an individual level in a huge operation of 1000+ stores and 30k+ employees. It helped to fast track learning, measure training coverage - both eLearning and Classroom learning and centralize the reporting. Also automated the Career Progression of store employees and managers

Comprehensive user interface and ease of uploading content from an admin point of view. Efficient and quick customer support

Nothing really...HRMS included would be nice

**What do you like best about Frontlyne?**

Frontlyne is a very flexible Perfomance Management Tool that can be deployed for the front end staff across any industry. It can map the career progression and learning journey of the employees  in a very simple manner. It is extremely user friendly too

**What do you dislike about Frontlyne?**

Nothing that I dislike about the product

**Recommendations to others considering Frontlyne:**

I would say that this is a unique tool that will solve many of the challenges one would be facing with managing the career progression of the front end staff

**What problems is Frontlyne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have any mechanism to capture the training, progression and journey of employees in the frontend. Everything was manual and no other tool was giving us the customisation that we wanted. Frontlyne has been able to give us what we exactly wanted
