As a substitute teacher, I log on to the mobile app or desktop website every single day. I use Frontline to accept or confirm new jobs, find future employment, and look at what I already have scheduled. I don't think my job would be possible without Frontline. **What do you dislike about Frontline Recruiting & Hiring?** There is honestly nothing that I dislike about Frontline. The mobile app is easy to log into, and I have never had any issue with the app or website not working. **What problems is Frontline Recruiting & Hiring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Frontline helps me schedule my job. As a substitute, I am at a different school and have a different job almost every single day. Frontline helps me keep track of where I need to be and when I need to be there. It's like a job planner on my phone and laptop. ### 2. This is often not the case for competitors. **What do you dislike about Frontline Recruiting & Hiring?** Notification settings could be improved. I feel as though I am constantly going back into the settings module to change how and how frequently I prefer to be reached, and everything from the tides to the color of the principal's pants that day will influence whether they take or not. **Recommendations to others considering Frontline Recruiting & Hiring:** Try it. It has a strong majority hold in the educational field - given that, most employees will know how to interface with it already. **What problems is Frontline Recruiting & Hiring solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing everyone is far easier. (on the substitute teacher side). Blast notifications are also fairly easy to initiate. ### 3. We also have save time with the hiring process.
