I also cannot remember it ever being down whenever I needed to use it. **What do you dislike about Frontline HRMS & Recruiting?** It is not very user-friendly, and my peers are constantly asking one another how to get it to perform as they need it. For example, trying to enter a future absence and request a sub, but the page they need is not where it should be. **What problems is Frontline HRMS & Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking and entering absences for teachers, as well as communicating needs (substitute or not), the reason for absences, and notes to the substitute teacher and administration.
