As soon as you wrap your head around 'Training Items', 'Lessons' and 'Skill Sets' and how these build one on another, the process makes sense and works. Is there room for improvement? Yes. Especially around tracking Face To Face Classes. **What do you dislike about Frontline EHS?** The MOC portion works. It takes quite a bit of time to set up, but it will work great for a new company just starting out with an MOC program. Trying to make it closely mimic a program a larger company has had in place for years is frustrating, and there will be give and takes. The ACT portion is probably the most rigid and has the least availability to "customize." Administrators are locked out of actions that I feel as though they should be able to perform, and the approval/disapproval process has holes that will allow an incident report to become lost. **What problems is Frontline EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Still to be determined, but the Ticket Tracking System I hope, will solve the problem of addressing and lack of response to requests and changes to portions of the programs. ### 2. Our assigned customer service rep is very knowledgeable of the tool, quick to respond and offers solutions or possible work arounds if we run into an issue. * Flexability. The ability to customize the MOC templates to match the different aspects of our business. * Enhancements can be made to fit the business needs. * It's web based so you can access it when you're away from the office or from your phone. * Reports are available and can be created to customize your needs. **What do you dislike about Frontline EHS?** I'm happy with the tool. It's been several years now that we've been in the Frontline MOC tool and have been able to work out a lot of the issues or concerns with the MOC tool that didn't initially fit all of our needs. **What problems is Frontline EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Management of Change. The Frontline MOC tool helps us provide a tool to the field folks that meet the required needs as we manage our changes with ease of access for our different locations. ### 3. Can run reports and certificates when needed for clients and leadership. ### 5. The platform is user friendly for end users. **What do you dislike about Frontline EHS?** Some more in-depth requests do usually take awhile to deploy with support's help, but support is very responsive and quick for questions / less intensive requests. **What problems is Frontline EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Has provided a platform for training, allows MOCs to be deployed for PSM compliance (and also onboarding and terminations), and allows a spot to track action items to completion for incidents, audits, PHAs, and more. ### 6. It's very easy for new employees to enter MOC's and NPI's. The Support I get from Martin Vazquez is amazing. He's always understanding and very helpful! **What do you dislike about Frontline EHS?** I wish it was fewer steps to enter MOC's and NPI's **What problems is Frontline EHS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is benefiting us by tracking and storing all the MOC's and NPI's for us. Before using Frontline we were using a paper system which too a lot of time to get completed. With Frontline all employyes involved are getting notifications and a time line to perform their actions. ### 7.
