The reports are easy to use from the administrative side. Employees can view their current and previous days out. **What do you dislike about Frontline Central?** Organizing conferences, goals, and overall professional development components is not as user-friendly. There are many tabs, and the forms are clunky to navigate through. **What problems is Frontline Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** Frontline is allowing all absences to be inputted through an online platform instead of calling into a main number. Frontline is also the central location for Professional Development to be tracked. ### 2.
