**What do you like best about Frontline Central?**

The idea of what frontline was supposed to do with the data, training, and recruitment.

**What do you dislike about Frontline Central?**

None of the products talked to one another and there was a need to enter data numerous times. The platform was not user-friendly and after 16 hours of training, I still felt confused I have mastered numerous HRIS systems and still had trouble following the program.

**What problems is Frontline Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is an update to have the programs talk to each other which will help in the data entry and hopefully make it more user-friendly
