Frontline is not the most intuitive software. There are many different views, which can be confusing for users who are not as technology savvy. The site is down for updates frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If an employer absolutely requires time sheets, this application is a good solution. It makes it easy to track your hours. Also reporting an absence is super easy since all you have to do is click "report / schedule absence". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is finicky, repeatedly signs me out, and requires me to sign in every time. The fingerprint auth does not work. It also requires me to be on my company's wifi to "clock in". This is annoying because I have to sign in not only to Frontline, but to my company's wifi. It is a huge waste of time. First, I have to sign into my company's wifi which takes at least 1-2 minutes to connect, and then sign into the frontline app to clock in which takes another minute or so. 3 minutes wasted that I could have been putting away my lunch and coat rather than signing in.
