What do you like best about Frontline Absence & Time?

I find the ability to mark days when I am not available to work as "Non-Work" days to be beneficial. I like that the application has a call-in feature that notifies me of open jobs in when i'm not looking at the website. I also like the ability to enter my time for districts that use this feature. What do you like best about Frontline Absence & Time?

I love that Frontline keeps all my paid time off and sick time totals in a quick easy place to find, It even included the time off that I plan to use in the future. I can log in anywhere, even from home to review my time off and see if it has been approved. I can plan ahead for trips that I need to take by requesting time off early, or I can request a sick day by putting in my request the night before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frontline Absence & Time?

There are times when I can not log in to process my time off. I am also required to change my log in codes fairly often which makes it hard to remember. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Frontline Absence & Time?

After the latest update in 2019, the system is now really smooth. Adding absent days as an employee is effortless and the system very easy to navigate and review future or past absences. Balances left is now readily accessible and now finding or accessing certain substitute details are easy with the ability to request certain people, or restrict them from filling in for you. What do you dislike about Frontline Absence & Time?

The only downside, is the file size allotted to upload attachments or materials for the person replacing you is really small. Unless this has been changed, the max file size was basically roughly a 1 page word document. It would be nice if this capacity was increased to allow more details or materials to be added. Great software and with work on the mobile side still improving is invaluable now to our school system! In the 3 years I've been using it, the system has constantly improved and got better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Frontline Absence & Time?

As a teacher who needed to request substitutes from time to time, Frontline was a quick and easy-to-use solution. The software makes it simple to select the day you'll be out and your schedule. There is an option to attach a document with substitute plans. Once a substitute has been found, the system automatically sends an e-mail letting you know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Frontline Absence & Time?

At times, the system was a little buggy and wouldn't let me log in with my password, so I would have to get it reset. I also wish it had better integration with Google Docs, since most of my sub plans were written using Google Docs and I had to take the extra step of downloading it as a Word document to attach it to Frontline. "Frontline Useful For Absences and Staying Organized"

What do you like best about Frontline Absence & Time?

I like that it is easy to use. I can pick the date that I am absent on a calendar and state if it is a whole or half day needed. I can also state if a substitute teacher is needed. It is also easy to see when the absence is picked up by a substitute teacher and I get a notification using the app on my phone that tells me this information. What do you dislike about Frontline Absence & Time?

I think that the desktop version is more complicated than the app that can be downloaded on my phone. The application goes through it step by step and it is organized.
