Very easy to implement and it gives my clients a lot of control over their content when building out a CMS for them. If you are a Laravel developer and you are using Nova there is a Nova component to make the implementation of the editor extremely easy. You can find it on novapackages.com. I wish there were a wildcard key that developers could generate and implement for staging environments without going through customer support to get the key. I am one of the old customers who uses v2 version and I have been using the product even before it was acquired. Product is great and we absolutely love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So, When purchased product, we paid for wild card domain licenses. We have been using the product. Before froala was acquired, we could generate licenses using UI. We are not reseller. We are a product company. We need new license when we change environment URL for development and testing. So after froala gets acquired, they take down our option of generating key online and then we were notified that the key would only be generated via support email. That is fine. We didn't mind sending an email. We did not have any problem getting a key initially but then recently we send an email to generate a key, they send us an email that unless we upgrade, I might have to get 90 days to get the key.

That to me translate to lower work/company ethics. We have been using froala for over 4 years now and our time to generate key (which we have paid for as per our license) went from

'GENERATE ONLINE' TO 'SEND AN EMAIL TO SUPPORT AND GET THEY KEY' TO 'UPGRADE AND GET THE KEY IN 90 DAYS' unless I upgrade.

And We are going through this for already paid licenses and we are not willing to upgrade.

So if you want to use the product long term, watch out because they will turn on you.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
