What do you like best about Froala Editor?

Froala editor has extreemely good UI/UX focus delivering great look and feel to the website. Froala editor is the most intelligent editor I've experienced amount many other editors such as Draft.js, Salte.js, TinyMCE and KendoReact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Froala Editor?

This editor is expensive. It provides a free trial but then you have to pay for it. It is very expensive. However, if your need is for catering large audience and if you can afford it, I think this is one of the best editors in the industry to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Froala Editor?

The Froala Editor is a solid solution for the final user and developer friendly, it just works, but what I like the most was the integration with our React-based development, this was the main concern and initially planned to build it from scratch, I can say waved a lot of time. What do you dislike about Froala Editor?

We spent a lot of time with the look & feel customization but at this point is working well, no complaints yet, but have to say that we are not in a production environment yet, at this moment is still under development, maybe later I can come back with more comments. ;-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Froala Editor?

It was fairly simple to integrate. The design is good. And it does what we need it to do most of the time. Our use case is simple so the issue is more with the bugs.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Froala Editor?

Bugs that we are not able to resolve. The topbar is jumping up and down for many of our customers. We have not been able to get to support. We are planning to migrate to a different provider eventually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Froala Editor?

After two years of using this tool, I can say there is nothing good about it. Especially if you are planning to use this for customer-facing products, you're better off with any other editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Froala Editor?

In summary, Froala looks nice, but once you start to work with it, you quickly notice its shortcomings, which are substantial.

It's flakey - seems to break on and off for no reason, it's expensive - the licensing is sneaky and support is limited

It's really not designed in a way that supports effortless document creation or editing.

When we decided to migrate to Froala in 2019, it was much more modern looking than the other editors (tiny, CKEditor), which was a big deal.

Since then, the other editors have caught up with the front-end modernization and from my research, are much better options than Froala.

If you are on a perpetual plan and if you report a bug after 1 year, they will fix it but will not make it bug-free for you if you do not pay them.
