It makes our billing process scalable. **What do you dislike about Frisbii?** Billwerk doesnt like manual payment transactions via bank/wire-transfer. Here is the major painpoint in using billwerk every day. Also the reporting features should be improved. **What problems is Frisbii solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved to fully automate our billing and payment processes with billwerk. Before we used it, we had to manually write invoices and credit notes, manually start sepa-collections and deferrals. Now this is fully automated. great! ### 3. nice company, good product and good service.
