I just banked a lot of points and used Airbnb for a trip after Christmas. It was so easy - picked out my location, hopped on Fringe, cashed in points and received an email immediately with gift certificate for Airbnb which was super easy to load in my Airbnb account. I've also used the SpaWeek gift certificates for a massage - very easy to use as well. I look forward to building my points for Delta or a cruise next time! I basically always cash in my points to get DoorDash gift cards since I regularly order food from them anyway. I really appreciate this perk since it's basically free money for me to spend on tasty meals from my favorite restaurants. Redeeming the points is easy and straightforward. Any points you don't spend in a given month, automatically roll over to the next month. I hadn't gotten around to redeeming my points for a couple of months and just treated myself to $150 in DoorDash gift cards. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** Most of the businesses on Fringe don't appeal to me and a lot seem to be geared toward folks with kids. I understand they regularly add new businesses which is good. If they ever stopped featuring DoorDash and Airbnb I'm honestly not sure what I'd spend my points on. (So hopefully that won't happen!) Also, I currently have a small number of points that I don't know what to do with. It'd be nice if they had more options that only cost 50 points. **What problems is Fringe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Companies want to offer perks to their employees but a one-size-fits all approach doesn't work because different employees are interested in different kinds of perks. At the beginning of each month, we just cash in our Fringe points for InstaCart credits and can supplement our usual grocery order with additional items. My husband is a nurse who works long shifts and eats A LOT, so this has helped us get more of those grocery staples we frequently use and go through quickly. I have logged in and tried to use my points to add gift cards/funds to my Uber Eats account. I've purchased three different amounts about four days ago, but only one has gone through. I love that I'm able to save my points and stack them. This year, I was able to get a huge air bnb to celebrate my birthday and I saved my points and got $500. But then there are other months where I just use $50 towards groceries; it truly is the best perk for my work place. I'm obsessed. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** Quite literally my only complain is that you can't trade in points after business hours I don't think, but I get it. You can't have a team working 24/7 so that's okay! My company provides an amount into my account every month, and I am able to redeem it for my membership. They have plenty of options, but thankfully I am able to use the Fit For All selection to get gift cards to use. All in all, easy to use and it has been a pleasant experience. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** My main criticism currently is the inability to combine gift card amounts into one amount. I would rather have one lump some than multiple smaller amounts. It isn't a huge issue, but on occasion, it can be a bit tedious when using the cards. **What problems is Fringe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me access to plenty of options to use my employee stipend on. For example, I wasn't told that the options generally come in denominations of $25, so I allocated a strange amount to my benefits.
