I am not locked into one specific thing - I have the option to choose monthly what I would like to do with my points. This gives me the flexibility to try a new workout class, order groceries delivered to my door when I am ill, chip away at my student loans, etc. It is such a versatile platform, and it has enabled me to try a lot of new things that I likely would not have without the program. It is easy to use and efficient (when I redeem my points, I receive my requested product/service almost immediately). I love that they came out with the app - makes it super easy to browse and redeem. The Fringe team is also very communicative - sending reminders and cosistent emails about new products/services on the platform. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** Truthfully, I do not really see a downside about Fringe. When I use my points on the app, there are no elements that I feel are missing or that would greatly improve my experience. I am very satisfied with the platform! **What problems is Fringe solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would say the problem was finding a benefit that served a wide range of individuals (employees). This platform solves that problem (for the employer) by offering flexibility and options for employees to select what fits their needs. I benefit from this because I am not locked into a benefit that I do not find value in or I do not use; I have the freedom to choose what I do with these points. It is great!! ### 3. Then I logged in and realized that I was able to purchase so many of my family's holiday gifts at NO COST through Fringe! What an amazing way to thank your employees for working hard. Not only did my Fringe points pay for a family air bnb vacation, I also purchased REI gift cards for my husband and son, a GPS tracking dog collar with a 1 year membership for our pup, purchased a pack of face masks for my girls trip coming up, and I still have points left to gift myself a little spa day. It was so easy to use, and the options are endless. Fantastic! Thank you Fringe! **What do you dislike about Fringe?** There isn't much I dislike about Fringe, in all honesty. My only very small thing is that my normal salon and spa is not a part of the spa package offerings! Suggestions: (1)Would like to be able to purchase an actual "physical" gift card to give someone rather than a piece of paper with a code. (2) Would like to have more variety of vendors available to select from. The other day, my coworker asked me what is the single best Fringe benefit to use his 3000 points on. I sent him 6 options, haha. I could't narrow it down to one. I love to use Fringe for traveling. I am writing this from my Airbnb in Rome purchased through my Fringe points. I hoarded all my fringe points until I had over $700 in Airbnb benefits. Very easy to use in moments. Also, I love the option of giving coworkers fringe points as an admin for employee gifts and such. That way each person can purchase something that they want, instead of receiving some swag that they may eventually donate. The customer support helped me when I couldn't log in through two factor MFA. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** I don't see downsides of Fringe benefits, because who is going to complain about free money from their employeer? And if you leave the company you can spend your remaining points immediately, or gift to a coworker. Integrating Fringe into my world was easy by downloading the app. I could put them toward travel, fun splurges like snack boxes, or practical items like gear from REI. I frequently browsed Fringe about 15 times before deciding what I wanted. Once I cashed in my points, spending them was easy. I was emailed an e-gift card within 24 hours to take to REI or spend online. Thankfully, there was no reason to reach out to Customer Support. I have many coworkers that were pleased with their purchased rewards as well. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** The MFA makes me log in everytime I want to explore how to spend my points. I understand the safety reasons for it though. If you don't already know the address, have the link saved, or the link easily accessibly in your email or any other place, its super difficult to get to the fringe marketplace. Fringe offers several amazing options that fit anyones lifestyle or interests and hobbies. Thier offering allowed me to "splurge" on items I probably would have never bought myself, even if I wanted them. For example, I used my points to get DNA tests from Wisdom Panel for all 3 of my dogs, and I still had points left over! I love how simple, quick, and easy it is to redeem points, and how they never expire. You can use them as soon as you earn them, or save them up for something special. Fringe also feels super generous. The amount of points I get each month, compared to the "cost" to redeem items is amazing. It really feels like I get to splurge on myself when I redeem them. The quality of options to redeem points for is top notch, and they are so welcoming to feedback and suggestions for other options. I love that! It was super easy to find the contact for customer support and send them my recommendations. There was even an link for it on thier FAQ, which made it super easy, and felt like they truly wanted my personal input. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** I honestly have not found a downside yet. I have been using Fringe since March of this year, and have redeemed points at least 4 different times, after saving my points for specific uses/items to redeem. Every singe transaction has been seamless and easy. No issues. The only complaint I have is really more of a personal nitpick. There are a few options I would love to see listed on Fringe, but I am sure it is a matter of time. They are constantly adding new listings, and are very open to feedback on what their consumers would like to see. **What problems is Fringe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fringe is allowing me to actually use my benefits to splurge on myself when I otherwise wouln't. ### 39. Not everyone needs the same things, so allowing people to pick what they need makes a lot of sense. There are fun options like movie tickets, Doordash, etc. and practical options like childcare, yoga classes, and HSA contributions. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** There are not enough options for smaller amounts of points. It seems exciting when you get some bonus points but it is hard to end up using them. I have had a bonus 25 points for over a year because there is nothing in 25 point increments. **What problems is Fringe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fringe is helping to allow everyone to get the benefits most suited to them. My favorite is Disney gift card that can be used for the theme parks, food, Disney store, hotels, and cruise! There are also options for exchanging for airplane tickets and cruise tickets. The points roll over so you can accumulate over time for really good items! **What do you dislike about Fringe?** Many times you may get a small amount of points for thank you's or employee appreciation. However, there is no way to exchange these for anything except Google Play and Sworkit app credit. There needs to be a way to exchange for something most people can use like a Visa gift card. Otherwise, it is like you are not receiving anything at all. **What problems is Fringe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Good way to show employee appreciation for larger amounts, but problematic for small thank you's since there's no real way to redeem those. ### 48. As a remote employee, being able to redeem my points for perks that HQ employees may get just being around the office has been a really appealing benefits. I've been a part of other rewards programs from other employers in the past and usually they were just promo codes and discounts and it more felt that I was being targeted for marketing and as an aquisition source, not being rewarded. Fringe actually gets you rewards. I hope we never replace it. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** The only downsides I can think of are on the user experience side. I always have to search for what I want even though I usually do the same thing. Discoverability could be better too because there really is so much you can choose from.
