I can use it on everyday purchases at places I already shop like Target, Lowe’s, and Home Depot. I even surprised my wife with a Target gift card, which made her day, and got my son a birthday gift card to Build-A-Bear Workshop that he absolutely loved. The platform is simple to use and provides clear instructions that make checkout quick and easy. If you haven’t tried Fringe yet, you’re missing out on one of the easiest ways to get more value from your everyday shopping. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** The only limitation I’ve noticed with Fringe Marketplace is the store selection. I’d love to see more grocery options like Food4Less, Ralphs, and Stater Bros added, as well as Walmart. Despite reaching out to both my loan company and Fringe, the issue was never resolved, even after Fringe promised to follow up with a reimbursement if it didn’t show up on the loan side. I had to follow up weekly, and the issue remains unresolved. From an employer perspective, it's easy to customize stipends and programs to your budget and needs. You can use it for monthly stipends, one-off rewards like employee appreciation day, or programs such as birthdays, anniversaries, and performance incentives. As an employee there are a wide range of offerings that you can select from, which is truly personalized to your needs. It's impossible NOT to find something useful among the range of categories which covers food, rideshares, travel, pets, children, home, finances, wellness, fitness, retail, and more. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** The range of offerings is often changing (mostly expanding) which can be a good or bad thing. We used Fringe to replace another program which was included in the Fringe offerings at the time, which made our transition much smoother for employees. Soon after implementing Fringe, that particular vendor came off the platform. I spoke with a rep about this at a recent conference and they were very receptive to passing the feedback along so we hope to see it back soon. **What problems is Fringe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fringe allows us to support employees in a personalized way so that they are in control of the perks and benefits they use to meet their individual needs. This allows us to pool more budget into one platform, versus stand up several separate programs which may or may not be helpful to employees. One benefit of Fringe is that by minimizing platforms, utilization can increase and costs can be reduced over time. ### 6. Fringe is easy to browse and fast to redeem, with users receiving access codes immediately after purchase. It's a great platform that absolutely offers takes the edge off of an expense or two. **What do you dislike about Fringe?** While minor (and certainly not impactful enough to classify as a dislike), the user must add multiple packages to the cart for the same vendor if opting to use a large (200+) point balance. A solution could be offering an option that captures more points, but it's not necessary. **What problems is Fringe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fringe is offering a solution to balancing the cost of services that full-time employees are often confronted with due to their schedules. By having accessing to points/redemption codes for services, it helps offset the cost of necessary services (i.e., dog walking during the workday for an in-office employee, childcare services for the remote or in-office employee, etc.). ### 8. For instance, I like to spend my points on AirBnB, so I simply buy the rewards points off of Fringe, they send me an email with a gift card pin, and I redeem the points on AirBnB. They also have great partners, like AirBnB, Doordash, & Live Events.
