The sign up flows and custom flows are also great for referral onboarding. **What do you dislike about Friendbuy?** It is slightly limited in how we communicate incentives to our subscription customers. It also locks you into 12 months which makes it difficult to test. **What problems is Friendbuy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a referral option is great for our customers. ### 4. Have acheieved some growth but not as much as they tout on their website ### 5. There are a lot of platform updates they have on the horizon that we are excited about. **What problems is Friendbuy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Friendbuy allowed us to quickly set up a fairly robust referral program that doesn't require a lot of maintenance on our end. It is a great channel for new customer acquisition with a fixed CAC. ### 6. The few choices actually makes the process less confusing than it could be. **What do you dislike about Friendbuy?** The placement is not customizable, you can't move around or customize the templates, its very rigid.
