We love everything about Friday CRM! Not only can we keep track of donations, sponsorships, and any fundraising profits, but we can also keep track of donors, corporations, and government agencies that we receive those funds from. We can make sure that we maintain communication with them before, during and after which is very important. It's not overly complicated to learn or use, but it packs a powerful punch in its capabilities. I was able to jump right in and begin implementing processes within minutes. Friday CRM patched a huge deficiency in our workflow by integrating our google contacts to our ringcentral devices. I was shocked to learn that this platform offers their services for free! Not only has the integration been a tremendous support but we have even be able to adopt the workflow that's provided on the platform too. Our whole team is onboard and I'm certainly looking to spread the word about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
