Fretso is business management software for pet service businesses, centralizing operations like appointments, grooming records, boarding stays, clinical notes, and invoicing in a single pet file. Staff can access pet details using names, phone numbers, or microchip IDs to retrieve vaccination history, grooming notes, medical conditions, and account balances. The grooming module tracks animal statuses, adjusts pricing by breed, and calculates staff commissions. Boarding features assign kennels to avoid double-bookings and maintain occupancy records, while care logs track feeding, medications, and activities for owner review. Vaccination management uses species-specific protocols to calculate due dates and send reminders, flagging missing vaccinations at check-in. The invoicing system handles partial payments, voids, and credit notes. Role-based access controls ensure staff access only relevant information, from scheduling to financial data.
