fretia is the agentic TMS for freight forwarders in France (commissionnaires de transport). It brings together the customer requests received by email, quotes, carrier booking, transport documents such as the CMR, margin per shipment and invoicing, including French e-invoicing through Super PDP, a platform approved by the French state. Fretia Agent, its AI assistant, reads incoming requests and prepares quotes, bookings, documents and payment reminders; anything that commits your company waits for your approval. Web-based service, in French, with data hosted in the European Union.
