What do you like best about Freshmarketer?

I started using FreshMarketer as part of my freshsales subscription. It has many good options for the websites that generate revenue online such as e-commerce, online booking, platforms etc: you can do A/B testing without any coding skills, generate heatmaps to see the most clicks and engagement and do session replays to see how the real users navigate the website. It is also a good tool to manage DEM and e-mail marketing campaigns, it's easy to segment the leads and import those into the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freshmarketer?

it's a good tool but probably the "contact" section could be improved in order to segment it faster and see the hottest leads and the most engaged visitors or readers of an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
